Message on Demand™, or MOD™, is a digital pull-through platform that allows field and/or marketing staff to create customized pieces that communicate formulary and other geography-specific information to prescribers. Clients using MOD are able to rapidly develop and disseminate materials that have been customized with pre-approved content on an account-specific basis. MOD provides a broad range of template-based customization options including background images, products and coverage, second sides, headlines, "live" grids, and write-ins (eg, headlines, plans).
Business rules can be set to fit the clients’ specific needs and governed by templates, ensuring only pre-approved content can be used, and that a defined workflow is followed.
What the client wanted...
Company wanted to streamline the managed care pull-through program and shorten the delivery of updated marketing materials to the field representatives, allowing for a greater impact and pullthrough related to managed care contracting changes.
What we provided...
We provided the Message on Demand platform that allowed our client to generate high-quality marketing materials on the fly, using pre-approved (regulatory) content that was template-driven and rule-based. Users, mostly region managers, could go online, select the template, and fill it with the appropriate content, images, and contract updates that would alert physicians to recent changes in formulary status.
Cycles were shortened from 6 weeks to approximately 8 days, and pull-through details were able to be more timely and leverage higher-quality content. The streamlining of the process allowed regional managers to spend less time coordinating the content and simplified the regulatory approval process significantly.
